Appointment Policies

Due to the special attention required for each appointment at the spa, we require a credit card to guarantee every appointment. All appointments will require a one week cancellation policy. Groups booking at the spa will require a credit card payment in advance of your day at the spa. Any cancellations are required one week in advance due to difficulty in scheduling of groups. We will make every effort to make your special day a wonderful memory. Cancellations made the same day of service will be charged full price with no refunds or gift cards available. There are no exceptions to this policy. Clients cancelling their appointments within the 7 day cancellation period will receive a gift card to rebook at a later time. There are no exceptions to this policy.
